Jeet Kune Do- Functional Streetfighting and Self-defense
Looking for real self-defense? Want to REALLY be able to fight and protect yourself? This is THE class. Founded by the legendary Bruce Lee, Jeet Kune Do is strictly about functional, practical and efficient self-defense training. This combines the techniques and training methods of several martial arts that are carefully chosen for effectiveness under real combat situations. Training covers kickboxing, clinch work, grappling, weapons training and mental preparation.
     
Kickboxing- High Tech Stand Up Fight Training
If you are more interested in learning some awesome kickboxing with all of the punishing kicks, punches, knees and elbows that it is known for, this is your class. If you want to get in unbelievable shape, this class is for you. This class combines two main arts: Muay Thai and Savate, to create a very balanced and unpredictable fighter. Techniques from Jun Fan/JKD, Kali and SIlat are also blended into the curriculum to give the fighter further options not available in Muay Thai or Savate. The kickboxer trains with heavy bag work, pad work, partner drills, sparring and physical conditioning such as jump rope, push-ups, ab work, sqauts and lunges and running. Grappling/Combat Submission Wrestling- Train to Defend Yourself on the Ground
Grappling has become one of the world's most popular area of martial arts to train in. Most fights will end up on the ground, it's a fact. This class combines Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Combat Submission Wrestling to give you the knowledge and training that you need to effectively deal with the fight that hits the ground. Takedowns, throws, joint locks, chokes, escapes and reversals are all part of the training. Students learn to grapple with the gi and without as well as how to use normal clothing for control and submission techniques. Learn to grapple and give yourself the edge you need to win.
     
Kali/Silat
The arts of the Southeast Asian islands, Kali and Silat are especially known for their highly effective weapons training and devastating empty hand techniques. Training includes use of single stick, double stick, knife, staff, flexible weapons as well as projectiles and throwing weapons. Emtpy hand training includes strikes, sweeps, takedowns, throws and combative ground fighting.

Our highly praised youth program. This is our "youth friendly" version of our adult Jeet Kune Do program. It teaches a highly effective system of self-defense while helping our kids learn to be great young people. The training includes kids kickboxing, grappling and self-defense scenarios alongside physical conditioning like stretching, push-ups, squats, lunges and ab work. For more info, go here.
