system blends Judo, Freestyle Wrestling and Greco-Roman Wrestling with techniques
and submissions from Shootwrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Sambo and Catchascatchcan.
Erik is famous for his unbelievable repertoire of submission holds and is
recognized as a virtual encyclopedia of leg locks. |
